- 8 — eight
- 9 — nine
- 10 — ten
Example: A box has 7 eggs. Touch each egg and count: 1…7. There are seven eggs.
Backwards Counting
Now count backwards from 10: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Counting backwards is great practice!
