Every Letter Has a Sound
Each letter makes a sound. When we say the sound of a letter, we say the phoneme.
Practise these sounds: s — "sss", a — "aaa", t — "ttt", m — "mmm", d — "ddd", n — "nnn".
Say It Like a Robot
Say the sounds slowly like a robot: s…s…s. Now faster: sss. Practise each letter sound five times.
